AMIRI offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as swimwear and intimate apparel, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid UPS or DHL shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop your package at an authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary courier collection through our customer service team.
